"Direct Beachfront", on the Ground Floor. It's only
15 Steps to the Sand. You can swim or snorkel right in front.
It's over 1,050 Sq. feet. Updated and upgraded.
- Does ad say "Oceanfront"?
This means a reef and no beach. Check their photos.
- Our Beach runs parallel
to a "Protected" wildlife refuge. On a morning walk
it is an un-crowded Paradise.
- Do they have a heated
pool and a Beach-side Shower?
- Our lanai is DOUBLE the
normal size with TWO TABLES AND SIX CHAIRS.
- Do they have great views?
We have 180-Degree views of the South Maui Coast.
- We are a Ground floor,
CORNER UNIT with NO NEIGHBORS on one side. It's more private
and quiet.
- We have Wall-to-Wall windows
in the front Master Bedroom, offering breathtaking 180-Degree
views.
- Do they have Air? Hawaii
is very hot in the summer and very humid.
- Do they have wall-mounted
hair dryers in each bathroom?
- Our Master shower is oversized,
with a Wall-mounted and Hand-held showerhead.
- We have FREE Wireless
Internet, THREE cable TVs, 2 DVD players & CD players.
- How about the sleeping
situation? We have a $2,600.00 "Sleep Number's" King
Bed. Each side adjusts to your desired firmness or softness.
Queen Sleeper Sofa has a newer mattress and the twins have newer
pillow-top mattresses.
- We have a "Safety
1st" CRIB for infants, a child's beach chair, games, movies,
and sand toys.
- We have "Traditional
Bedrooms" with solid walls & locking doors. Is theirs
a loft, or bedroom completely open to the living room (No Wall)?
These offer no privacy or insulation from the noise of the other
guests.
- We have FREE parking just
steps from the back door. No stairs, elevators or long walks
with your luggage.
- We have our own in-unit
Washer and Dryer. Many condos have laundry rooms, costing you
money & time.
- Our condo is only 1/4
mile from Maalaea Harbor, 4-Star restaurants, Shops and the
Maui Ocean Center.
- You CAN WATCH WHALES from
our lanai. We have beach chairs, umbrellas, books, mats &
ice-chests.
Since
our expenses change from year to year, so may our rates. Please
email us for specific rates for specific dates.
As of Jan. 2012, our rates range from around $199 per night
for “Special Discounts” we may be running for a low season month.
The rate for non-discounted low-season nights are around $205.
The more popular summer months; June, July, August are around
$235 per night.
The
whale watching, high season nights; January – April 3oth are
currently $255.
Our
minimum stay is 5 nights. We will book 2-3 nights, if they are
“open” between two bookings.
The
Holidays are Thanksgiving (7 night minimum) and Christmas through
early January (14 night minimum). Dates are flexible. The rates
for Holidays range from around $245 to $265 per night.
If it’s a last minute booking (usually within 30 days of arrival)
we will offer a discounted rate. All rates are for 2-4 guests
and in US dollars. The extra guest charge is $10 per night.
We also have extended stay rates.
Rates
do not include Hawaii tax currently 13.25% as of 1/2012 or a
$125.00 cleaning fee. A $300 "refundable" security deposit is
required to hold a “non-holiday” booking. A Holiday Booking
requires a $600 refundable security. Balance due 60 days prior
to arrival and 120 days prior for "Holidays". Please call me

This
Condo is rented out by the owner but has a Maui management company
Minimum stay is 5 nights except where noted.
CONDO
POLICIES:
- $300 Refundable
security deposit required with booking. Balance due 60 days
prior to arrival or 120 days prior for Holiday bookings.
- Discount
for stays of 4 weeks or longer. Discount for returning guests.
Discounts cannot be combined.
- Rates
do not include Hawaii state taxes or cleaning fee.
- Credit
Cards (fees: 3% fee USA, 5% Canada), PayPal and Personal Checks
accepted.
- Condo
is Wheelchair Accessible.
- No Pets.
No Smoking. Rates are in U.S. Dollars. Payments to be made in
U.S. Dollars
- Keys are
distributed via a "Key-Box" on the condo door.
- Check-in
is 3:00 p.m., Check-out is 11:00 a.m.
- Extra
charge for late checkout, unless agreed upon in writing.
- Damages
taken out of security deposit. If No damage or loss, deposit
is refunded 14 days after departure.

Cancellation,
Notification and Refund Policy
WHEN WE RESERVE THESE
NIGHTS FOR YOU, NO ONE ELSE CAN RENT THEM. EVEN THOUGH WE MAY
GET MANY REQUESTS FOR THESE NIGHTS, THEY ARE "HELD" FOR YOU.
DUE TO THE FACT THAT MOST PEOPLE SPEND MANY WEEKS IF NOT MONTHS
PLANNING THEIR VACATIONS, AND BOOK THE CONDO MONTHS IN ADVANCE,
WE NEED A MINIMIUM OF 60 DAYS NOTICE ON A CANCELLATION TO BE
ABLE TO RE-RENT THESE NIGHTS. THIS IS A VERY EXPENSIVE INVESTMENT.
WE CAN'T AFFORD TO HAVE UNBOOKED NIGHTS DUE TO LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS.
- If we receive a 60-day
notice of cancellation prior to check-in on a non-holiday booking
(120 days on a holiday booking) , you will receive a full refund
of all funds paid which would be the "Nightly rate plus taxes",
your "$300.00 refundable security deposit" and the “ cleaning
fee".
- If we receive a notice
of cancellation that is less than 60-days prior to check-in
for a non-holiday booking (120 days on a holiday booking), and
you have paid the "nightly rate plus taxes", the refund
would be pro-rated, based on the number of nights the unit is
re-rented, and if it had to be re-rented at a discount rate.
You would also receive a refund of the "$300.00 refundable
security deposit" and the "cleaning fee". If
you have not paid the "Nightly rate plus Taxes", the
$300.00 deposit would be used, and any refund from that would
be pro-rated.
- 120-day notice of cancellation
required for Thanksgiving, Christmas through the New Year’s
Holiday.
There is a $100.00 cancellation
fee to cover administrative costs.
