Condo is right on a lovely Hawaiian Beach.
There are breathtaking,
180-degree, unobstructed views from the double sized lanai
(largest in the complex) of Maui’s entire south coast,
from Maalaea to the top of Haleakala, past Kihei,
to Wailea and Makena. Each morning you will see the
sun rise over Haleakala. You also have 180-degree views
from the front master bedroom's wall-to-wall windows, in
both walls, that face the beach. Even standing in the kitchen
affords you a view of the ocean.
Our Maui Condo
has over 1,050 square feet of tropical décor. The
soft Hawaii island colors are reflected in this lovely condo,
in the upholstery on the dining room chairs, sofa, loveseat
and occasional chair. Decorator paint colors, carpeting,
mirrored walls, window blinds, a bamboo bar front, designer
ceiling fans, nickel plated hardware, lamps, bedding, towels
and wall décor make this a romantic beach get-away.
For your comfort, our
Beach Front Condo has air conditioning, six cooling
ceiling fans (even one in each bathroom and bedroom), and
a portable dehumidifier (which removes moister from the
air). There are three TV's, three DVD/Blu-ray players, a
printer, free wireless Internet, a full size kitchen with
updated appliances and an in-unit digital washer & dryer.
This vacation condo comfortably sleeps six adults with a
small child for a total of seven. It has a $2600 "Select
Comfort" adjustable king Bed. There are new (2019) mattresses
on the twins. In the living room is a Queen Sleeper sofa
with a new (2019) memory foam mattress. We also have a extra

The
Kana’i A Nalu Condominium complex is considered to be
one of the best properties in the Ma’alaea Bay area.
The drive from the Kahului airport is only 12 minutes on a
new 4-lane highway. Kana’i A Nalu has a large, fresh
water swimming pool with a cascading waterfall. It is one
of the few pools that are heated during winter for your swimming
enjoyment. Chaise lounges are provided for all guests. Lovely
Polynesian style tropical grounds with fragrant flowers and
manicured lawns remind you that you are truly in Paradise.
The grounds include a large 
BBQ
area, featuring two charcoal and two gas BBQs with a pool
side eating area. There is a beachside shower to rinse off
after your afternoon swim. Parking is provided close to each
unit. While most of the Ma’alaea Bay properties are on
a "reef" with no beach, we are directly on a sandy
beach called Sugar Beach that stretches over five miles toward
the town of Kihei. The building is located on the 'dead-end'
street of Hauoli. Traffic is very limited. The area is very
secluded and quiet. At the very end of the street is a small
beach side park with wooden picnic 
tables
and beach showers. This is a very special place. Only the
locals know about it. Taking a morning walk on the beach and
you may not run into another person, it's that private. If
you're looking to avoid the bumper-to-bumper traffic of Honolulu,
the crowded beaches of Waikiki, or a resort where there are
large groups of people everywhere, then this is the vacation
