The double sized, beachfront lanai... is the largest in the complex. It's surrounded by vibrant, tropical flowers. From it, watch a breathtaking sunrise every morning over Haleakala, one of Hawaii's oldest volcanoes. During winter, view the seasonal migration of the humpback whales. Take 15 steps and you are down on the sand. When it's time to cool off, go on a snorkeling adventure to seek out green sea turtles and tropical fish. When you're done, rinse off using the beach side shower. Or just relax and enjoy your favorite drink by the pool on one of the chaise lounges provided for every guest. Our pool is one of the few that is heated.

The previous owner was in a wheelchair. He was allowed to widen doorways and enlarged the master shower. He made the lanai twice the size of the others. It can accommodate a wheelchair, plus tables and chairs. It extends beyond the normal lanais, increasing our views even further. It has two tables and six chairs instead of the normal four. With a larger group, there is room for everyone. With just a couple of guests, you can spread out.

The bedrooms are beautiful. The condo sleeps up to six adults guests, plus small children. Both bedrooms are full-sized "traditional" rooms with locking doors. They are not lofts or have sliding screens opening to the living room, offering no privacy. Both bedroomsare decorated in the hues of the ocean, have dark bamboo and wicker furniture, wide slat blinds, divine bedding, CABLE TVS and ceiling fans. In the master is a $2,600 "Select Comfort" KING. You can adjust each side to your desired firmness or softness via dual remotes. You'll love sleeping on this bed. No more back aches from a too firm or too soft mattress. There are huge windows facing out to the beach on both sides of this large corner bedroom. The views are stunning. It has an attached bath.

The second bedroom has twins with newer pillow-top mattresses. The beds can be pushed together to create a second king. Wall décor of hand carved seahorses adds a nice touch. There are wonderful views of the pool area and the beach. The 2nd bathroom is just steps away.

 

The master bath has an over sized, tiled shower that will accommodate a wheelchair. It has both a wall mounted and convenient hand held showerhead. We have provided lovely towels and bath rugs. The second bath has an enclosed, full-size tub and a shower. Both bathrooms have been updated and elegantly decorated including framed art on the walls, wall mounted, hotel quality hairdryers and cooling ceiling fans.

The dining area provides seating for six at a lovely glass top, rattan table. The fabric on the recently upholstered chairs is very elegant. Attractive artwork on the walls, tropical flowers in a designer vase, and a hand carved framed mirror add to the design of the area. A lovely display cabinet eloquently decorated containing glass shelves and three drawers adds to the beauty of the dining area. There are lots of current paperback novelsand books for your reading pleasure. Above the dining table is a designer styled ceiling fan. It has "leaf shaped" mahogany blades, a polished nickel light fixture with decorator globes. We have not forgotten the children. We want the kids to have a wonderful time too. A search of the drawers in the dining area's display cabinet reveals exciting things for them. We have purchases all sorts of games (the adults can play too) and a variety of movies for all ages. We have DVD and VHS. There are two DVD players and a VCR, No fighting over what to watch. To ensure everyone can watch what they want, there are cable TVs in both bedrooms and the living room. We know you are all on vacation but children tend to get bored and we want them to enjoy their vacation as much as the adults. In the closets are sand toys, beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, ice chests and an umbrella.

The living room has lovely rattan furniture with new upholstery. The queen sofa bed has a newer mattress. There are bamboo and glass tables, elegant lamps, plus a relaxing and recently reupholstered armchair with ottoman. Another exquisite designer ceiling fan adds light and cooling air to the room in addition to the remote controlled air conditioning. There is large, attractive bamboo and wicker shelf unit that holds the TV, DVD player, CD stereo player, more books and decorator pieces. All rooms including the bathrooms have ceiling fans to keep you cool and refreshed. The condo also has a dehumidifier, a safe and free wireless Internet.

The kitchen has a nice view of the ocean and is completely stocked with all the dishes, glasses, pots, pans, cooking utensils and appliances you would ever need to prepare a wonderful meal. It has been updated and now has lovely counter tops, and a bamboo bar. There is a large side-by-side fridge with icemaker, a full size stove, a microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven, blender, rice steamer and electric can opener. Unlike other properties our condo has a washer and dryer inside the unit so you don't have to waste time running back and forth to a "community laundry facility". The condo is fully stocked with linens extra sheets, towels, placemats, plus a start-up supply of laundry soap and dishwasher soap. If you enjoy barbecuing, there are four BBQ grills located next to the pool. Too tired to cook? There are several highly rated restaurants just down the road, all with amazing views of the harbor and ocean.
